Built in 1870, this French-style townhouse has an enigmatic history. When we first started, a bat colony lived inside the vacant townhouse. As our restoration of this property came to life, we designed foundations to enhance the al fresco experience in the three open courtyards of this home. This home is the crown jewel of our portfolio. It presented the challenge of integration state-of-the-art technology with old world functionality. It is acclaimed locally and internationally as the exquisite “House of Fountains,” and named the 2009 Historical Restoration of the Year by Architectural Digest Mexico.
